    Yeah i know.

It is all the directx runtimes since 2010.

Normally when you install this then older games don't have a problem working.

Did this on my sons machine and he plays Fortnite in Windows 10.

So I am hoping it will work for you too.

If it doesn't then you will need to update your display driver card.

What is the make and model of your PC?

OK let's try the driver route.

    Try these steps.

Select the Start button, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results.

Expand Display Adapters then right-click (or tap and hold) it, and select Update Driver.

Select Search automatically for updated driver software and follow the on-screen instructions to update the drivers.

If no updates were found, then right-click on the mouse select Uninstall.

Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

And if none of the above works then best to go to the vendors site and download the latest drivers for your device.

Make sure to download the drivers for the system type of your machine.

To find this out go search and type system.

    Look for the system type.

It will either be 32bit or 64bit.

    Hey, RanDaniel,

I had the same Problem. This msi Package try to install DirectX again. Windows 10 create an issue.

I had to disable the call to install DirectX in the msi File.

Here´s the Link for downloading my changed msi file

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/l4re3oubh2niwg0/EpicInstaller-7.7.0.msi?dl=0

If you want to change it by yourself, download the "Advanced Installer"

    https://www.advancedinstaller.com/download.html

and delete the Custom Action "InstallDirectX" unter "Custom Behavior - Custom Actions".

    That`s all!

    Have fun :)
