Thanks for the information you've provided. In rare cases, a specific update might temporarily cause unusual behavior with your device. If you suspect that Windows Update is causing the problem, you can temporarily prevent it from reinstalling and see if the issue persists. To do so, please see this link.

Should you need additional help, feel free to reply.

    Hi,

Had the original problem on my desktop pc at work on a Friday. Laptop at home on Saturday and three more desktops at work on Monday with exact same error. Was able to do system restore on all but my laptop which I had to reset. One of the work desktops actually had the same issue twice in one day. Since I hadn't installed any thing new on any of these computers I assumed it either had to be a Windows Update Problem or Malware. So I went into Services and disabled Windows Updates temporarily and ran Virus and Malware Scans. Have not had any more problems since. So I'll give it awhile and try and re-enable Windows Update.   Just seemed awful strange to have the identical problem on 5 different PC's in a matter of a few days.  Have other identical PC's on same network at work that have not had any problems so far. Just don't get it.       Thanks for the reply.   Ray

    Hi,

Usually, you'll encounter blue screen errors when Windows encounters something that it can't process which causes it to stop or crash. Blue screen errors could be related to either hardware or software. We would like to know if you've tried performing the suggestions post by John Sarc last January 9, 2018. If you haven't, please try them and update us about the results.

Keep us posted and we'll be willing to assist you further.

I had this problem on a pc running Windows 10 pro last week then today got same exact error on my home laptop. Was able to do a system restore on my work pc. But so far on my home laptop system restore did not work so i am still looking for solution without doing reset.

    Hi Setonthen,

Most of the time, Blue Screen of Death errors are caused by old or corrupted graphics drivers. You may refer to this **link**for the troubleshooting steps. It helps a lot.

Adding up, we found this thread(see Allan Mej's response). It provides information/other way on how to resolve the error. Other Community members find it helpful. Give it a try.
