Can you start in Safe Mode? If so perform those.

If not I would do a Clean Install since it seems there is a lot of damage to the OS.

Boot to Advanced Startup Options in Windows 10 <-- use Options 6 OR Option 5 to get to Safe Mode

From the Advanced Options - Troubleshoot - Advanced Startup Options - Startup Settings.

How to Start Windows 10 in Safe Mode <- see Option 1

    If needed :

A Clean Install would be activated with the Digital Entitlement.

Unfortunately, I see no other option than to Reset.

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4130-reset-...

You Should run Reset from Advanced Startup options.

I am unable to do a reset i keep getting this.....

Its becoming extremely annoying now, was this reset the only way to put it back to how it was when i first purchased it.

    Hello,

The reset Image might be corrupt so try pointing the recovery image to a different media.

Make sure you have Windows 10 ISO file and has install.wim in Sources folder.

Point recovery image using the following article:

Does the browser open? Download the ISO file through the browser:

    https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php

    Windows Final>version 1709>Your Language>Installed architecture.

The downloads are hosted by Microsoft on Adguard.net
