The link you sent me allows me to download, but its only 64kb with a single read me file on and prompts me with application not found when i mount it.

I dont know if this is the right place but....
Every time i try to install or uninstall any type of application or program i get this.....whether its A game, photoshop, unity, spotify or anything.....
Even on User account settings i cant save any changes....
Running as administrator does not work.....Im running windows 10
Its driving me insane as its preventing me from doing alot.
Someone please help :(

I cant do anything an administrator can even tho i am one and have always been
i cant install or uninstall
i cant get to safe mode
using anything in cmd requires administration ( wont let me)
i cant run anything to do with re installing windows 10
