Disabling downloading updates from other PC's worked for me.

    1. Click Delivery Optimization in Update and Security settings
    2. TurnOFF allow downloads from other PC's
    3. Your Update should work again.

Try using the Windows Update repair tool from Microsoft.

Simple Bing search brings up a download link to Microsoft's troubleshooter tool.

Worked perfectly for me and I had the same issue after installing 1809.

The first step would be to try resetting Windows updates using an automatic script. See:

    http://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2015/12/windows...

Make sure you run the script as an administrator.

Please let us know if you need any assistance.

Thanks for your reply Cody. Unfortunately, already had that turned off.
