I am having issues when using Teams on my computer. Teams works fine until I attempt to share my screen. This happens when I share a single application and when I share the entire screen.I have tried deleting Teams, clearing all apo cache and re-installing but this does not help. I've tried sharing with different people with and without audio. All of my drivers are up to date. I don't have this issue with any other application and no one else in my organization is having this problem. This has been going on for a couple months now and I've been forced to use the browser application on this computer. All of my other computers are working fine with no issues. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi @Shannon Hoskins

Are there any error messages when Team client crash?

Have you tried to change another device to see if it works?

To eliminate whether the issue is caused by software conflicts, please try to perform a clean boot in the affected computer to check if it works. Also, make sure you have stable internet connection in your environment.

Besides, please check your client log to see if there is any error logs in your Teams client by following these steps:

1.Right Click on the Microsoft Teams icon in your system tray.
    2.Select Get Logs.

You are probably right. I found out that I can share my screen with no problems in a one2one call but, if it is in a meeting I crash.
Do you have the same experience ?

I am also experiencing this issue. Today I couldn't share PPT for longer than 5 seconds before Teams crashed entirely. I've rebooted, cleared cache etc and it still happens. I'm using a Dell 7300 laptop plugged into a Dell U2720qm connected via powered USB-C.

    Please help!

Same.. everyone in my company who has upgraded to Teams 1.4.00.29469 has this issue.. we do not have this problem when uninstalling and installing 1.4.00.26376.. until the auto-updater forces the update to 29469.. and I cannot prevent the updater from taking this broken build.

The only way I get this crash problem to stop when sharing the screen to deactivate the GPU hardware acceleration in the Teams settings.
