Thank you very much for your support here, I opted for the complete re-installation as I couldn't get my Laptop out of the Loop. It's fixed now.

I'm giving my Dell Inspiron Laptop with Windows 10 away, so I performed a "reset" to clean it up.
It has got stuck in a Loop, please see the image. I connected it to WiFi/Internet on the first occasion to allow it to update but it still goes to Boot when I click "Next" (bottom right).
I've done a safe boot (F12) but none of the available options work.
I need help please.

Many thanks for your support, I've been unable to reply before now, the Forum wouldn't Post my messages!!!
I've had to go for the clean install, I couldn't get it out of the Loop. Anyway, it's fixed now and I'm very grateful for all of the interest in my problem.
