microsoft windows version 1803 (os build 17134.407)

After the update, my DVD driver stop working and I start looking at different methods to fix it 

but I think I accidentally made it worse since now that I uninstall the DVD drive from my device manager it won't appear or reinstall again after I restart my computer

what should I do?

    Hello Marylu6

    An error occurred with our activation server or licensing service. Please wait a few minutes and then try the following Windows 10 Pro License Recovery steps: Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security > Activation , and then select Troubleshoot to run the Activation troubleshooter.

    When the troubleshooter is complete, select Go to Microsoft Store to launch the Microsoft Store app. If the Microsoft Store app shows there was a problem, select Try again. After a few minutes, you should see a message that thanking you for activating genuine Windows, followed by another message showing that Windows was activated.

    Hi,

    The screenshot of the Device Manager you posted shows "Other devices".

    If you expand "Other devices" what is listed?

    Also, what computer (or motherboard) do you have (make model) ?

    i manage to troubleshoot the activation

    but the store doesnt show anything only and error

    and it didnt resolve my DVD driver problem which came with the update

    so i manage to use the registry of recovery point and went far back in time before the update took effect 

    the update uploaded to my computer in 14/nov/2018 10:33

    i have to reinstall some software now

    i know you people are not responsible for the update but please send a message to the superiors about this glitch 

    also the DVD drive finally reappear is install but is not connected 

    how do i connected back?

    nope the DVD driver is not there

    my computer is an Alienware 14  laptop windows 10

    I bought it in a pawnshop 4 years ago so I am not sure if it was custom made
