microsoft windows version 1803 (os build 17134.407)

After the update, my DVD driver stop working and I start looking at different methods to fix it

but I think I accidentally made it worse since now that I uninstall the DVD drive from my device manager it won't appear or reinstall again after I restart my computer

what should I do?

The "Other device" appears to be related to an Android device not the DVD.

What you could try is install the following SATA driver from Intel which may be the latest for the 8 Series which I believe is the Alienware 14 chipset:

As a general precaution create a System Restore Point beforehand and restart the computer afterwards.

That update fixes some issues with ODDs (optical disk drives).
