I chatted with a MS agent and a suggestion was to uninstall the two drivers from the device manager and restart my device. They should automatically reinstall after restart, but they didn't. Does not appear in the device manager. What do I do now?
my model: Acer Aspire 3 A315-31-P818
Under the properties and general, I see that the manufacturer is Microsoft. Under the driver, it states that driver provider is Microsoft. For that one, the location is: location 2 (internal high definition audio bus).
For the other one, the location is: location 0 (internal high definition audio bus).
