Microsoft:

I have two high definition audio devices in the device manager that states: Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45) To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer. How to fix it? Should I uninstall the it, restart my device or...?

    hi there:

    The thing is that the device manager cannot find it. I went to show hidden devices. It was there before I uninstalled it. here is my screen, it is different from the one in the article.

    I chatted with a MS agent and a suggestion was to uninstall the two drivers from the device manager and restart my device. They should automatically reinstall after restart, but they didn't. Does not appear in the device manager. What do I do now?

    my model: Acer Aspire 3 A315-31-P818

    Under the properties and general, I see that the manufacturer is Microsoft. Under the driver, it states that driver provider is Microsoft. For that one, the location is: location 2 (internal high definition audio bus).

    For the other one, the location is: location 0 (internal high definition audio bus).
