Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is William. I'm a Windows technical expert. I'll be happy to help you out today.
The logic for most MSI-based installers is to refer back to the source MSI. In English, this means that this driver package was previously installed but the original source has since been removed so the new install cannot proceed.
There are a couple way to work around this. By default, I see the source is pointing to %appdata%\Fresco... Select the Browse option in that Window and change the path to where you downloaded the installer package (which I assume is a .msi file).
The other option is to locate the registry path (ru regedit.exe as administrator) for this driver package and delete it. Most 64 bit installer packages reside in Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall. From the Uninstall folder you would select Edit > Find > type in a keyword for the driver package name (Fresco, for example). The key on the left (folder icon) would be the key you want to delete. Afterwards, you can run the installer again.
If no love, then reply back and I will point you to other paths.
