Please open Disk Management and maximize it. Post a screenshot. The 118 GB partition might be the OS partition. Especially because there are two disks, we need to check the Diskmgmt screenshot.

If I shrink the OS partition and when I resize the WinRE partition, would I lose the installed programs or any data from Local Disk C? If i can update to win 11 without losing anything i have, that would be great.
