2020-07-27T02:26:54+00:00 Caleb, can you go to the path pf the file to see if it is there?
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files". look for the file index.js there. If you find it, delete it an restart windows again.

2020-07-27T12:27:38+00:00 Caleb, could you create a new user just to check whether this error will pop up in it too?
- Click on the Start Menu
- Select Settings
- Click Accounts
- Select Family & other users
- Click "Add someone else to this PC"
- Select "I don't have this person's sign-in information"
- Select "Add a user without a Microsoft account"
- Enter a username, type the account's password twice, enter a clue and select Next
- Click on the user and change the Account type to Administrator (optional)
- Click on the Start Menu
- Select the User icon at the upper left corner of the Start menu
- Select the new user. You'll then sign into your account with your password from step 8
Just trying to figure out if this is a profile issue or a Windows one.
