Cannot find script file "index.js"

hey i every time i boot up my laptop i get a little error "Can not find script file C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\index.js"

however today i wanted to try to fix it, now im no expert on computers so i went to "Youtube" and i couldnt find anything there.

any ideas how to fix this issue? help would be great!

    Caleb, can you go to the path pf the file to see if it is there?

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files". look for the file index.js there. If you find it, delete it an restart windows again.

    Caleb, could you create a new user just to check whether this error will pop up in it too?

    1. Click on the Start Menu
    2. Select Settings
    3. Click Accounts
    4. Select Family & other users
    5. Click "Add someone else to this PC"
    6. Select "I don't have this person's sign-in information"
    7. Select "Add a user without a Microsoft account"
    8. Enter a username, type the account's password twice, enter a clue and select Next
    9. Click on the user and change the Account type to Administrator (optional)
    10. Click on the Start Menu
    11. Select the User icon at the upper left corner of the Start menu
    12. Select the new user. You'll then sign into your account with your password from step 8

    Just trying to figure out if this is a profile issue or a Windows one.
