As I showed in my first post, the registry is already changed to 1 without any problems.
Windows 10 Disable maximum path limitation
I wanted to disable the path limitation because I need it for my projects for a better organization, but it doesn't seem to work. I tried to disable it from Registry and from Group Policy by setting LongPathsEnabled to 1, and by enabling "Enable Win32 longs paths", but even after changing those and restarting my computer, I still get this error when the path is over 260.
Is there something else that I'm missing to disable the maximum path limit?

You may report this problem directly to Microsoft using Feedback Hub in Start menu.
