when i press Windows key + R it doesn't open run

pressing Windows key + r dosen't open run neither does it do something
after a week of opening run normally it stopped opening when i pressed the windows key + r

Initially, if there is an on-off button on the keyboard, turn it off, then press and hold the Esc key on the keyboard, turn on the keyboard and keep the Esc key pressed until you see the keyboard has completely started up.
