when i press Windows key + R it doesn't open run

pressing Windows key + r dosen't open run neither does it do something
after a week of opening run normally it stopped opening when i pressed the windows key + r

2025-04-02T16:23:26+00:00 Found a lock on my keyboard and when I pressed it it unlocked the windows key thanks for the help now win+r works too
