    Hello,

Can you type winver in the search on the taskbar and press enter, when it is launched, does it say single language anywhere? If so, your license is not supporting changing display language. The only solution is to upgrade to Pro edition.

Yes. Its Windows Home with single lang support. But typically, it used to be in English only. After I downloaded (Microsoft Office Language Accessory Pack for Telugu). Infact, its displaying two languages now, some in Eng and sone in Telugu

Can you clarify - does this happen in Windows, or in Office apps?

If it is in WIndows, go to Settings > Time & language > Language & region

Under preferred languages, make sure the first language listed is English. If not, move the English one up by dragging it.

English is on the top and selected.

    It happens in notepad only.

Not occurring in msoffice apps, Mspaint and others

Oh, ok, so it is Notepad only. Is it on the menu, or when you type?
