It was not GPU. I changed CPU and problem disappeared.

This issue is now related to graphics, Since this is a new install, make sure you have drivers up to date, cables inserted properly, try lowering reso and refresh rate and whatnot. Otherwise, make sure no gpu OC. Also check event viewer for any gpu related logs so as checking device manager for any driver error for display...

I bought new SSD, install Windows 10. Have no BSOD now, but still artifacts on the images. And modern games like Hallbalde 2, Alan Wake 2 crash after launch without error massages, but for example CS2, Hades 2 not crash and play well. Also I had many 3D mark benchmarks and they all pass well. Any idea what is this and how to solve?

Again, there's no mention of logitech in your real .dmp files... Driver verifier .dmp files are not relevant here, as I said it throws a bsod for almost all drivers... Stop using it if you aren't a dev

Then that's a drive issue, your storage, either that or some malware. But no idea how wud it be malware if you reinstalled.... Unless you make the media in the same computer, make sure to make the media on another pc and it's a diff usb, try using rufus
