Dude, I understand your frustration and I'm going through the same problem. I've tried every possible solution and nothing has worked. From installing various versions of Windows, to internal cleaning of components and changing thermal paste.

The only game that works without BSDO occurring is League of Legends, the others work for a few seconds or a few hours, it's very random. In the middle of the game, BSDO occurs, the fans fire at 100% speed and then the screen goes black, so I need to turn the laptop off and on again.

I noticed that my bluetooth headset always stops working when the laptop turns on after a BSDO, so I need to reconnect it to get it working again.

I don't know if your laptop model is the same as mine, but mine is a Lenovo ideapadGAMING 3i 82CGS00100:

    Intel i5-10300H

    8GB DDR4

    Nvidia GeForce GTX1650

    Hello!

I have the same problem as yours and I also suspect that it is a problem with my audio driver, because whenever the BSOD occurs on my laptop, when restarting Windows, my bluetooth headset does not work and I need to reconnect it to work again.

What version of the sound driver did you use to solve the problem?

My laptop is a Lenovo IdeapadGaming 3I 82CGS00100.

    Thanks!

    Guilherme Garcia
