I NEED MORE HELP!

apparently, my omen 15 ek000 whatever computer is on the brink of explosion due to the fact that AHHHHH

this has been happening after my laptop got repaired, they fixed the keyboard plate, gave it more ram, and repasted the thermal paste, this laptop has 16gb of ram natively but has uhhh now, also it has a rtx 2060, and 300hz refresh rate, HELP PLEASE!!! also the sd card reader isnt appearing in device manager!

    Thank you for the quick and detailed response. No worries, you can reply on your most convenient time. Kindly try to perform the troubleshooting methods below (when you wake up) and check if any of the method will fix your concern.

    Method 1: Update Driver

    1. Open run box by pressing Windows Key + R and type devmgmt.msc then hit enter
    2. Expand Processors
    3. Right-click on the driver and select Update driver
    4. Select Search automatically for drivers
    5. Wait for the process to complete, once completed, restart your computer and check if it resolves your issue.

    Method 2: Check for Windows Update

    1. Open settings by pressing windows key + I
    2. Select Update and security
    3. It will automatically check for available updates, if not, click the Check for updates button
    4. Download and install available updates, restart your computer if necessary and check if the issue still persist.

    Method 3: Go to your manufacturer's website

    1. Open run-box by pressing windows key + R, type msinfo32 and hit enter.
    2. Look for your System Model and System Manufacturer, take note of them.
    3. Go to your manufacturer's website and search for your driver using the information that you noted.
    4. Download and install the driver, restart your computer and check if the issue still persist.

    Ok, i restarted my laptop and took this screenshot just now. Im not sure when exactly it happened but it happened sometime after the repair. Also my cpu wasnt using more than 30% usage before, i got that fixed, and as i was trying to get my sd card slot fixed i noticed this
