I cleaned the Windows Update Cache, and nothing changed so I did the in-place upgrade and now it says my Windows 11 isn't activated and when I click on the trouble shoot button under Activation State I get this message. (Edit: Windows 11 is activated, and DISM still doesnt work)

2023-08-04T01:47:02+00:00 Was the same error message still displayed when you run the Dism command? If so, you can try running the following command: Run Command Prompt as an administrator ("Win" logo key + "Q", type "cmd", select "Run as administrator"), and type the following commands one by one. These commands require network support, please keep your network stable and smooth.
sfc /scannow DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth netsh int ip reset & netsh winsock reset & netsh winhttp reset proxy ipconfig /release & ipconfig /renew & ipconfig /flushdns powershell "Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}" for %i in (%windir%\\system32\\*.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %i chkdsk C: /f wsreset.exeDisclaimer*: Running* chkdsk can check the file system and file system metadata of a volume for logical and physical errors. To avoid any trouble for you, please follow them step-by-step, do not cancel or interrupt chkdsk, and back up important data. For more information, please refer to this chkdsk article.
The command starts with "powershell" is used to re-register the application in question, which may result in some errors that you can safely ignore.
Additionally, was there any 3rd-party antivirus software installed in your system? If so, you may Perform a clean boot (microsoft.com) to run the command and see if it is normal, this is a troubleshooting step. In this mode, we can further confirm whether it is caused by system problem or third-party software or personalized settings. So, please be patient.
Disclaimer*: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem.*
These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by-step so that it will help you get you back on track.

dism.log
setupapi.dev.logHere are the logs.

2023-08-04T02:17:14+00:00 I did the commands and SFC found corrupt files unable to fix them, DISM still failed, and the command "ipconfig /release & ipconfig /renew & ipconfig /flushdns" returned media disconnected for all Media states, and no there was no 3rd party antivirus. I had one installed before I did the In-place upgrade, but I uninstalled it then. (Edit: I should also probably note I have a window update which keeps failing "Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus antimalware platform - KB4052623 (Version 4.18.23050.9)" Keeps failing with "Install Error: 0x80070643"

It looks like the Trusted Installer worker process is crashing. Can I get the latest DISM and CBS logs obtained after running the following command?
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
And also, upload "c:\windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log".
Open OptionalFeatures.exe. Is that dialog blank, perchance?
