    Hi there,

    Here are the logs.

The readiness report is missing in the CBS log. Try running "dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth" and if shows the same error, please do the following:

A ProcMon trace should help narrow down the issue.

    • Close all running programs.
    • Open an admin Command Prompt window.
    • Open your web browser and download Process Monitor from Microsoft.
    • Run Process Monitor.
    • Reset the Filtering Options dialog and click OK.

(It will start capturing all events.)

    • Switch to the admin Command Prompt window and run:

    dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

    • Press Enter.
    • After DISM throws the error 1726, immediately switch to Process Monitor and stop tracing (press Ctrl + E or click the 3rd button on the toolbar.)
    • Save "All events" to a PML file.
    • **Zip** the file and share it on OneDrive.

Run cbs.bat and upload the contents of the "%temp%\logs" folder.

And for "OptionalFeatures.exe" I'm not sure how to find it or what it looks like.

Press Win + R. Type optionalfeatures.exe and press Enter.

Note: If you don't want to troubleshoot this, you can do a Reset with the Keep Files option. How to reset Windows 11 keeping files.

    Hi,

TiWorker.exe has crashed, and these two dump files were generated:

    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WER.ca56370b-3901-4098-9d18-09456525abaf.tmp.mdmp

    C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\CrashDumps\TiWorker.exe.15596.dmp

    If possible, please upload them.

    • Run msconfig.exe
    • Click "Services".
    • Enable "Hide all Microsoft services".
    • Click "Disable all".
    • Click OK.
    • Restart Windows.

Download and run mark_hyperv_absent.reg. Click Yes to confirm. This marks all HyperV packages as absent (instead of Staged).

    Run DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /ScanHealth

If the command doesn't run, please upload a fresh ProcMon log.

You may also try the latest Cumulative Update Preview because it installs an updated version of the Servicing Stack.

    Logfile 1.zip
    TiWorker.exe.15596.dmp
    The command still failed

I tried to look for "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WER.ca56370b-3901-4098-9d18-09456525abaf.tmp.mdmp" but it doesn't exist.

And when I tried to reset my pc I got this error https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/d2008492-8ce8-47c6-b9a2-9a46a7405545?platform=QnA"https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/d2008492-8ce8-47c6-b9a2-9a46a7405545?platform=QnA" alt="" />

When I try to download the update through Windows Update I get error code 0x80248007, and when I tried to download with the standalone client it also failed.

Also I ran DISM /cleanup-mountpoints and used DISM /Online /cleanup-image /scanhealth after and it returned with Component Store is repairable. Not sure if this is useful but I thought I would write a reply. (DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth still failed)Image
