It says this after I updated my Laptop

And then I can only chose Abort, Retry and Ignore buttons.

    Yes, please disable that CCX entry and restart your PC

    Hi Charles,

    Sorry, we are not allowed to access peoples PC's on Community.

    Open the Settings ap, then go to Apps - Installed Apps

    Please provide a screenshot of that windows showing the first few apps installed on your PC, that begin with A

    Hi Charles,

    Thank you for the screenshot, I do not see any Adobe software either, this error you are seeing, is it the same as the one in the image below?

    If it is, that is always caused by Creative Cloud software from Adobe, did you previously have that installed and remove it?

    ahh yes thats what shows on my screen, and yes I downloaded creative cloud software and I deleted it 3 days ago then that thing shows everytime

    How do I fix it?
