I need help on Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error.

It says this after I updated my Laptop

Assertion Failed!

And then I can only chose Abort, Retry and Ignore buttons.

    Yes, please disable that CCX entry and restart your PC

    Open Task Manager and select the Startup tab, is there any remaining entry for Adobe Creative Cloud left there?

    If there is, disable that.

    If there is no startup entry for that, then it was not uninstalled correctly, you will need to reInstall Creative Cloud and then restart your PC and uninstall it again
