It says this after I updated my Laptop

DaveM121 816.5K Reputation points Independent Advisor2023-04-15T08:39:28+00:00 Open Task Manager and select the Startup tab, is there any remaining entry for Adobe Creative Cloud left there?
If there is, disable that.
If there is no startup entry for that, then it was not uninstalled correctly, you will need to reInstall Creative Cloud and then restart your PC and uninstall it again
