Hello everybody, I have built a new system:
CPU: Core i5 13600k
CPU Cooler: Noctua DH-15
RAM: 32 Gb 2 sticks of 16, 5600hz Corsair Vengeance
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Z690 Ultra
Graphics card: Onboard
Storage devices: 2TB WD m.2 SN850x
Power supply: Corsair RM 850
Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow
The issue I am having is with Windows specifically I believe. I have a Windows 10 USB key, it works but when it finishes installing there doesn't appear to be any drivers. I tried installing the drivers by moving them over with a USB key but it throws up a compatibility error. I tried installing Windows 11 but it won't work, it gives me a kernal error something about \windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe.
I have no idea what to try, the motherboard has been RMA'd since I originally was told that was the problem, and the CPU was RMA'd as well and I am still stuck.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes the issue persists on the administrator and local accounts.
Additionally, Windows updates should also download and Install the drivers. Does the update History mention that any drivers were installed?
I cannot get connected to the internet at all, it won't allow me.
Yikes. Did you try USB tethering to connect to the Internet too?
