Window Script Host Error 80070002

Every time I turn ON my Laptop, an error pops up. Because of this error Windows Security, not opening, and Windows Defender is turned OFF, I tried to turn it ON but it also shows the misconception that it cannot turn ON. I hope you did understand my explanation.

    The items were deleted successfully and hence you get "cannot find the file specified" error, which is good.

    But when i first time write that code it shows the same output as it is now, so that means I can reinstall win again?

    Yeah, you may go ahead with the repair installation. Once done, run defender-policies-remove.reg (More Info) and restart Windows. The REG file removes the registry-based Defender policies/restrictions added by the Run.vbs virus.

    Also, based on the cases I've seen, the virus disables UAC on the computer. So, enable UAC as well.
