Hi Aleksandrqq,
I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.
The minidump files indicated the file "nvlddmkm.sys". This file is related to the NVidia graphics card.
Please try the following.
- Install the latest Windows updates.
- Update or Rollback the NVidia driver in the Device Manager.
Open Device Manager >> click Display Adapters >> right- click your NVidia driver >> click Update Driver.
If the system says that you have the latest driver installed. Try to Roll back the driver. Right-click your NVidia driver >> click Properties >> click Driver tab >> click Roll back driver.- Use the NVidia Geforce Experience Software to update the driver.
- Clean uninstall the currently installed NVidia driver using DDU then download and install the older/different version from the PC manufacturer's/NVidia support website.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
I tried using different versions of the video card driver, but it did not solve the problem.
