Hi Dave
Oh I see but, In Amazon It shows "DO NOT USE FOR AMD Processors" ?

My PC is a new Hp laptop that shouldn't have any problems but it has blue screened around 3-4 times a day with the stop code: "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED". It doesn't crash right after booting up but about 3 hours of using the PC.
I've gathered info on the most recent stop code with Bluescreen Viewer but I don't know what to do with it. Apparently it's a driver problem, though. I tried to update the Network Adapter but it was already fully updated.

Hi Krithick,
I will find that for you, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information widow.
Hi Krithick,
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Your minidump file indicates it is the device driver on the Realtek WiFi card that is causing the system crashes.
That driver may be fully up to date, but it may also be corrupt, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version of Realtek WiFi drivers they recommend.
