Files not seen in Program Files (x86) folder

I have a problem similar to a one already described here in a previous question (link). I have installed a software called RothC (downloadable from this link) on Windows 11 Pro version 22H2. The program is installed in a directory under Program Files (x86) folder, and it saves its results in a subfolder. But when I access the folder using Windows Exporer, or using the command prompt using "dir" command, I don't see any of the new files that I see through the interface of the system. I tried all the options in View Settings in Windows Explorer, but nothing worked.

Hi Omer, you will find your files saved to:

    C:\Users[your username]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\c_mod\landman

    Are hidden files shown?

If these files/content appear in the app interface, they must be on the system

As shown here bellow, I couldn't find the files using Windows Explorer, also when I am using the option to show hidden files. The left windows shows the files through the RothC interface, where you can see two files that I've added through the software (REG1.dat and Regba_run...), and in the right window you see the same folder in Windows Explorer, where I don't see those files:

    Hi Omer,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

It would be very unusual for an application to save results into a folder in Program Files, that is meant to be only for software installation, not application data, can you please provide a screenshot of where you are seeing that software is saving files to the Program Files(x86) folder.
