I have a problem similar to a one already described here in a previous question (link). I have installed a software called RothC (downloadable from this link) on Windows 11 Pro version 22H2. The program is installed in a directory under Program Files (x86) folder, and it saves its results in a subfolder. But when I access the folder using Windows Exporer, or using the command prompt using "dir" command, I don't see any of the new files that I see through the interface of the system. I tried all the options in View Settings in Windows Explorer, but nothing worked.

Hi Omer,
Thank you for the screenshot, in the RothC interface, right click one of those .dat files and select Properties, please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.
Hi Omer,
Thank you for that screenshot.
You indicated you have Hidden Files showing in File Explorer, did you also unhide System Files?
In File Explorer, click the 3 dots and select Options, then on the resulting dialog, select the View tab, and scroll down to find 'Hide protected Operating System Files', is that turned off so you can see system files?
Yes, it is turned off so I can see system files.
