Hi, in the past week I have received two BSoD and one random reboot. The last BSoD game me some details under the control panel (see image). I built this PC the past summer and the only hardware changes I have made was adding 16GB of identical ram (bringing my total to 32GB) on September 22nd. Last night I took the ram out and put it back in and then ran the MemTest86+ for 12hrs and 3 full passes, but this afternoon is when I received my last BSoD. I am a Software Engineering student so I am comfortable with computers, but I am completely lost at what is causing this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    In that case, you should run the following commands from an elevated command line to restore any malformed or missing system files:

    sfc /scannow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    I ran the 4 commands you provided in the command line as administrator and the first 3 returned a message saying there was no violation or corruption detected. The final command ("DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth") returned a message stating "The restore operation completed successfully."

    Not really seeing anything in the logs that hints to the cause.

    If you really are having a hardware issue, then perhaps a microcode update may help. Start by updating your BIOS from your MB manufacture's page: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B450-AORUS.... Since you are there, follow up with any drivers that need updating.

    It may be necessary to enable Driver Verifier if the issues continue.

    I updated my BIOS to the most recent version and then went through the device manager to check for any possible driver updates. The only ones that seemed to update are my Nvidia Graphics Driver and Nvidia HD Audio Driver. There was a new driver update by Nvidia released today, so I am currently running that version.

    If I receive another BSoD then I will enable Driver Verifier.

    Hi William,

    My computer restarted again today twice with a BSoD, which is strange because it went over a week with no problems after updating the MOBO Bios and my Nvidia Drivers.

    I went ahead and pulled the .dmp and log files and added them to the Google Drive folders with the ones from last time. They can be found at the links below.

    I also ran the commands you provided last time in an elevated command line and it did not present any obvious issues (it produced the same output as last time).

    Lastly, I went through the steps at the link you provided to enable driver verifier and restarted my PC so that it will take effect.

    Is there anything else you recommend me to do in the meantime?
