Hello. I inherited a Windows 10 PC from my father. I have purchased an updated version of Office and was trying to uninstall the 2007 version he was using. When I went to uninstall, I got the message below. I do not know how to enter the admin user name and password and I do not have this information from my father. I get this message not only for the uninstall process but for any changes I try to make to the computer. Any advice? Thank you.

    Hi Emily,

Thank you so much for all your help yesterday. I followed your instructions and also found a YouTube video on this as I was struggling to figure out how to change the boot order to the BIOS. I am all set up and running again as the administrator of the computer. Again, thank you so very much.
