Quick Access not showing in navigation pane since Windows 11 update

I updated to the latest version of Windows 11 yesterday. When I opened File Explorer, Quick access and recent files/folders were showing to the right of the window, but the Quick Access folder option was missing from the navigation panel on the left. So if I click away from this Window I've lost Quick Access. How do I re-enable Quick Access to the left part of the navigation pane?

Please look at the screenshot before replying. Quick Access is enabled in view mode options and can be seen, but is missing from the left side of the navigation pane.

Thanks for any help.

Did this fix work for anyone?

After seeing this I made another attempt finding a fix. I tried this as well as a few other threads that took me down similar paths. Nothing worked for me. I would be very interested to hear if anyone had luck. I may even ChatGBT it. It feels like the correct registry key hacks will be the solution if there is one to be had. I am glad to know I am not the only person that despises this unnecessary change by Microsoft.

"Quick Access" has been removed in its traditional form; however if you go to Start > Recommended > More this will show you recently downloaded items and such, which is what I usually used Quick Access for in Windows 10.

    Hope this helps!

Quick Access can be reenabled using a registry key modification. The key is HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer change DWORD value for HubMode from 1 to 0.

No. This does not help at all. What you suggest in no way resembles the functionality of the Quick Access option in explorer. While I appreciate the thought, this was not the least bit helpful.
