I just uninstalled Anydesk application from my computer and wonder why this system tray icon is still listed.
I tried removing them from the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TrayNotify. but it is still in the list. How to remove this?

2023-06-06T16:22:37+00:00 I now have that same issue after I did a reset of my laptop due to other issues. Now I have icons on Other System Tray and unable to remove using the steps I used before I reformatted! Missing PastIconSteams in Regedit so I cannot remove the icons from the list; however, now there is SystemTrayChevronVisibility which wasn't there before I reformatted.
I found a resolve.
- Navigate HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\NotifyIconSettings
- Right-click NotifyIconSettings and choose Delete.
- Exit the Registry Editor
- Go to Taskbar Manager, restart Windows Explorer
BEFORE: No "PastIconStream" after system reformat
AFTER: Delete "NotifyIconSettings" folder, and restart Explorer.
