Hi everyone, for me this is the error (code 43) : unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed) This is the Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver and this manipulation did not work with me. Please is there a solution for this error, thank you

    J’ai essayé tout cela aussi mais malheureusement sans succès. Je voudrais juste dire qu’au moment où je voulais choisir un pilote dans la liste des pilotes sur mon ordinateur pour l’installer, je n’ai trouvé que l’erreur: périphérique USB inconnu (échec de la demande de descripteur de périphérique)

    Thank you for updating me. Sorry about that, the Universal Serial Bus was a typo erro on my end. That is why there's a note to the 2nd post to check the Peripherals. Again, I'm sorry for that.

    By the way, have you tried to reach the XBOX support as suggested from the link above?

    Note: Please check the driver under XBOX Peripherals from Device Manager if it's not showing under Other Device or Unidentify Device.

    Seems you're having issue with your Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver, please try to reinstall your driver. Kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Please press Windows key + X and choose device manager
    2. Look for Univeral Serial Bus option and expand it.
    3. Please uninstall the driver and restart your device, that should be reinstalled after the reboot.

    If the issue persists, please run the Hardware Troubleshooter:

    Hardware troubleshooter

    Please press Windows key + R

    Paste this into Command Prompt and press Enter:

    msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic

    Please let me know the result, I'm just here.
