    Hi CHRISTINE

I would just like to tell you that there is a lot of time that I was looking on the internet to solve this problem, and so far I noticed that most of the problems with this receiver that are resolved are related to other error code but not error code 43. that's why I'm afraid my situation is delicate especially since I'm a simple windows user.

thank you very much again Christine,

    Mohamed

Thanks for reaching out! My name is, Zadee. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'll be glad to help you today.

An outdated BIOS can cause this issue too, make sure you have the latest BIOS version. Please also download and install any I/O driver. We recommend only getting these drivers from your device manufacturer. I can help you get the drivers for you, Mohamed. We just need your sys info for that. You can follow the steps below to get your sys info:

-On your keyboard, press Win + R

    -Type: msinfo32, press enter

-Take a screenshot of the System Information, make sure to get the System Model, Baseboard Manufacturer, and Product

    -Then upload it here

    Happy New Year!

    Kind Regards,
