I have no idea what to do with this problem, i reinstalled Windows 3 times and then downloaded Windows 11, it helped maybe for few hours. After few hours it disappeared again and i cant find any information how to download this driver. I tried full reinstalling Nvidia drivers and still same thing. I have Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 with GTX 1650 if this can help.

    Hi,

Dell has still under work the new BIOS update for Dell Precision 7560 and 7760 models.

Latest version 1.19.0 did not resolve the case. Any Driver Nvidia driver update will not resolve the in these Dell models.

My Dell ticket is still open.

I do not have any Dell Precision 5760 or 5560 models so I cant test this case. But yes contact Dell official support.

i have not tried rollling back the BIOS update, i tried going to the pc.support.lenovo.com and found my laptop model, but it only has the same BIOS driver im using now, and doesnt have any options to download older ones, if you find the older versions of the BIOS or find a way to rollback BIOS updates please let me know so i can try and see if that fixes it

With my Dell Precision 7560 and Nvidia RTX A2000 card, I just was in contact with Dell ProSupport.

The issue is known by Dell and I was told, they're working on it.

As workaround in a very recent internal notice it was mentioned to downgrade BIOS to 1.14, whereas my current version is 1.19.
But then, two drivers will appear.

I tried it and as expected, two NVIDIA Platform Controllers and Framework appeared. One was fine and the other had the problem.
I had to deactivate and deinstall the errorneous one.

Unfortunately in my case, after the downgrade, I've seen another issue in device mgr in "Firmware / System Firmware 0.1.15.2", which was faulty then.

However, it seemed working regarding the Nvidia then.

But when rebooting the system next time, a BIOS-Update was done again without explicit triggering by me. Maybe due to the faulty Firmware issue? I don't know.

And finally booting Win11 showed the error on NVIDIA Platform Controllers and Framework again :-(.

Dell-ProSupport told me, they don't have any further option right now, but Dell is working on it.
I don't need the driver working at the moment, so I can wait for a solution.
But if anyone of you want to play around, maybe try out Bios 1.14 (Precision_7X60_1.14.0.exe).
I'm not sure, if there is any option to downgrade the Firmware driver as well. I have no clue, what this driver does.
