Problem with DirectX

Hey,

I am facing a problem since 2-3 years. I want to download a game. But it shows that my DirectX is not compatible with it. It shows that I need to have DirectX 12 for the game to get downloaded.

But when I checked my DirectX version, it shows that I have DirectX 12 on my pc.

Please help me download this game.

My name is Cindy. I am sorry you are having this problem. I know it is really frustrating. I will do my best to help you with this problem.

You will want to go to the maker of the computer's website (Dell, HP, Lenovo, and etc.) and update the computers bios.

Once you have completed this, you will want to update the drivers. If the maker of the computer does not have the most up to date drivers, they can be downloaded from the maker of the motherboard. You will need to check to see if you have an Intel or AMD product.

What is shown under the Display tab.

I notice you have Enterprise edition which is not a consumer edition for Windows 10. (Home or Pro) Make sure the graphics drivers are up to date.
