Problem with DirectX

Hey,

I am facing a problem since 2-3 years. I want to download a game. But it shows that my DirectX is not compatible with it. It shows that I need to have DirectX 12 for the game to get downloaded.

But when I checked my DirectX version, it shows that I have DirectX 12 on my pc.

Please help me download this game.

    Please type the word about in the search and open the page. Please copy and paste the information on the page.

    The search is on the bottom taskbar and the icon looks like a magnifying glass.

    DirectX12 comes as part of updates. When you updated to Windows 10 Enterprise, it should have been installed.

    I checked the records, and it appears your computer was released in 2008. DirectX 12 was released in July of 2015. For the DirectX 12 to work, you would need to have a compatible graphic card. I checked and your graphic card is not compatible to be able to use DirectX 12.
