so I've notice that every 30-60 seconds this happens and causes my PC to slow down as hell

Windows version: 22H2, build: 22622.436 (I'm in the beta channel)

CPU: Core i7 10700K @ 3.80GHz

    Hi parsap,

If you completely uninstall your VPN, then restart (not shut down) your PC do those PowerShell processes still propagate on your system?

    Hi parsap

    Thank you for that information.

Open Defender and select the option to perform an offline Scan, your PC will reboot to perform the scan outside Windows

When your PC boots back into Windows, download the free version of Malwarebytes and run a full scan with that.

Restart(not shut down) your PC, then check if the PowerShell processes are gone.

Did the offline scan, installed malware bytes, quarantined the suspicious stuff it found, restarted, and now those processes are still there

I also found out that when I connect to VPN they fade out

    Hi parsap,

That is good, at least we know they are not malware related, this is very strange, if you use a VPN those processes do not run, is that correct?

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
