PowerShell takes 100% of CPU in multiple processes

so I've notice that every 30-60 seconds this happens and causes my PC to slow down as hell

Windows version: 22H2, build: 22622.436 (I'm in the beta channel)

CPU: Core i7 10700K @ 3.80GHz

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Performance and system failures

    Hi parsap,

    If you completely uninstall your VPN, then restart (not shut down) your PC do those PowerShell processes still propagate on your system?

    alright, I did it and Umm, it seems that power shell isn't using 100% anymore,

    but why can the VPN be the problem?

    I've disabled auto startup for it before I uninstalled it

    Hi parsap,

    That VPN software may have become corrupt over time, restart (not shut down) your PC, then try installing the latest version of that VPN they provide on their website.
