Parameter is Incorrect

Yesterday microsoft store applications and microsoft store itself werent opening. Instead they showed this error message and now I cant use these applciations. Can someone help me please? (I was messing with security permissions last night and now I regret it)

    Good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you. When was the last time it worked properly?

    Please try the following methods below.

    **Run the troubleshooter:

    Press Start then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot

    Click Additional troubleshooters then select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.

    **Reset the Microsoft Store cache

    Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

    Note:

    A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.

    **Please try to run SFC and DISM to check for any system errors and corrupted files.

    After that, restart your computer

    **Reinstall Microsoft Store app and built-in apps via PowerShell

    Windows key+X then select Windows PowerShell (Admin)

    Copy and paste the commands below one at a time then press Enter. Please ignore the red errors and let the process complete.

    Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Restart your computer

    I have tried all this and even used the media creation tool and used the .iso file and my problem still hasnt been resolved

    Only folder I changed was the WindowsApps folder in the program files area and I don't remember but I did a ton of stuff like changing the owner, adding a ton of users thing, changing system to only modify and the 2 checkbox options that has like subcontainers, etc.

    The WindowsApps folder has some special/conditional permissions that shouldn't be modified. The subfolders (i.e., individual app package folders) inherit permissions from the parent.

    This article tells you how to restore the original permission entries for the WindowsApps folder.
