There was one file left from Dell Data Vault. It was installed by "Trusted Installer" I could not delete it. I went through the Take Ownership process and after a lot of trial and error removed it. Once that was gone I think my problem is resolved. Thanks for your time again. I just needed to dig a little deeper to get this one removed since it was a "Protected" FIle

    Have a great day.

Can you open the Device Manager and expand "System devices".

Is there any entries for "Dell Data Vault"?

If so, can you double-click this entry or entries > Driver > Driver Details

What is listed under "Driver files" ?
