Error code - 1:403

I am trying to login but I can't. It shows me this error.

Error code - 1:403

Could you help me?

    Hey,

    You can resolve this issue with an old version of teams which make the disconnection button available.

    like this version : https://statics.teams.cdn.office.net/production-osx/1.3.00.28778/Teams_osx.pkg

    you can upgrade Teams after.

    Hi ,

    I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this issue.

    To narrow down the issue, please check if you see a similar experience on MS Teams web app.

    Go to access 'Teams Web App' https//teams.microsoft.com, use "Use the web app instead" option to open teams in a browser and check the outcome. It will help to isolate the issue with the desktop app.

    If the issue is specific to the MS Teams desktop app, then try clearing app cache by these steps and try again:

    If you still see the issue, please disconnect any external devices(e.g. Display monitor; camera, headset etc.) and try again.

    Please let me know the outcome, and I'll further look into this.

    Thank you so much, this was really helpful.

    Been stuggeling with logging in to teams on the mac application for days now.

    I changed schools and got a new account and every time i tried to login it would send me to my old schools login page with no option to choose another organization. I deleted every file i could find from microsoft but nothing worked. Luckily installing the older version did it!

    Please Microsoft fix your ****!

    First why isn't it possible on an login page from an organization to choose 'use another organization'?

    Second how is it possible a company like Microsoft releases a new version where the logout button doesn't work? It points to the same html page as your already on.

    Hi 

    Did this ever get resolved?

    I am having the same issue.

    I can get on to the web app but not the app on my Mac.

    I have cleared the cache and reinstalled but am still experiencing the problem.

    Any ideas
