I've had this error code this week (new account) on the web app, desktop app AND phone app.
Tried these steps to no avail.
Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
The fix for me:
Got in touch with the Admin for the Org who invited me.
They completely deleted/unlinked my user at their end (my account is new so no worry of files being lost).
They then invited me afresh and we went through the setup steps again.
It worked!
