Hello
I have lost my phone with the authenticator app on it. Now I have a new phone but I can not access to IG, FB, Outlook because it ask me the autentication code.
Please let me know if you know what I can do

I lost my phone 4 years ago. I have tried everything to get back into my account. The question prompts took me in a loop and was no help for a lost phone and no access to Authenticator App. It took almost 2 years to chat with someone deciding to go through "office365 install problems". "So called" Microsoft support WAS/IS no support. Short of actually saying it I was told "I'm screwed".

am in the same situation as the global admin, somehow Microsoft decided to make my primary email address also an alternate email address where they are sending OTPs,
Microsoft support is of no use I have spent more than 3 hours on the call with them, and I am moving out of Microsoft

I did the same search as the people above. Besides this thread I discovered this Microsoft Support page: Help with the Microsoft account recovery form.

we have a 100 users with the same issue and compliance say we can't have mobile phones so MS is forcing us to break compliance just for a useless app.
