I have a similar problem except the Code for each of my two accounts was sent to the other one, but I cannot login to either (to get the code) because I need the Code to login:
The Code for A was sent to B and the Code for B was sent to A - and I cannot log in to either to get the Code for the other.

I went to I am having problems receiving or using a security code
and submitted the details about my issue.
haven't heard back yet, but I am hoping. I also opened a gmail account as I probably won't be able to access Hotmail after today.
