Hotmail security code log in

i am unable to log into my hotmail account as it wants a security code. i have had a number of these codes sent to me which i have entered as instructed but each time i am informed that the code is invalid. Also the alternate email address is wrong and there seems no way to change it.....can anyone help?

    Still no response from Microsoft.  I'm not sure whether they are just ignoring me; or they don't know how to resolve the issue.

    The problem I have is no code is sent anywhere (to any of my associated accounts).

    So where to take the code from if it's not sent? I've checked all trash, spam folders, nothing!

    THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. I HAVE HAD SAME PROBLEM.

    **** ALL I WANT TO DO IS GET RID OF THE OLD MOBILE NUMBER I HAD, AND CHANGE IT FOR MY NEW MB NUMBER. I HAVE HAD NO LUCK WHAT SO EVER IN DOING ONE SIMPLE

    ( YEAH, RIGHT, ITS NOT SIMPLE AT ALL)

    i NO LONGER HAVE THAT NUMBER SO WHY CANT ANYONE TELL US WHAT WE NEED TO DO INSTEAD OF LOCKING US OUT OF OUR ACCOUNTS FOR 30 DAYS AND STILL NO RESULTS.

    I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO CHANGE IT WITHOUT BEEN LOCKED OUT AGAIN.

    HAS ANYONE HAD ANY LUCK.

    GMAIL, YAHOO ETC, LET YOU CHANGE WITH NO ISSUES, SO WHY IS IT SO HAD TO CHANGE MY NUMBER. AND GET A CODE SENT TO MY NEW NUMBER?

    IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT KNOWS HOW TO DO THIS PLEASE POST.
