I actually dont see the ratio size of % only "smart sizing" as option

Using the MSTSC.exe /V: <server name> /shadow: "id of user"
Windows 2019
After connection is established, you can resize the viewing window but not the actual window that you are viewing.
If you click and drag or full screen, the viewing window stays the same and the viewer window fills in with black.

I think your RDP windows issue is related to Remote desktop software on Dell thin client running desktop (3040) OS 8.6_511.
Could you please check if the same issue happen when we shadow remote access from win10(1909/2004/20h1)laptop to a session host 2019, will the same issue happen?

2021-07-12T11:05:50.893+00:00 I tried with a windows 10 build 1903 -But it does open full screen as I would like without the upper and lower black spacing to full size. Guess its Dell

Since OS 8.6_511 is developed by Dell company and Remote desktop software is customized by Dell factory, I suggest that we can contact Dell support to get advanced technical support. I hope we can get an better answer for this issue from Dell support, Thanks for your understanding.
